Lets talk about being inspirational. How does one who has given all they can continue to be inspirational. Really so I get this client many moons ago. NO results, so I feel like a bad trainer. On the last day he tells me that he has been eating CHEESE CAKE every other day. AHHHHhhhHHHHHHhhhhHHHHH!!!
CHEESE CAKE! Ok so he didn’t resign I got over it. Three months latter he calls me up. Hi michelle can I um start training with you again i’ve gained 10lbs.
I say YES we can train again. We will get results this time it will be different. So now session 5. count them 5 he has no showed 2 times and was late to 2 appointments. What is a girl to do. Oh and did I mention that he’s been talking about not wanting to live. So yeah I do the lets get you into shape, lets work out. HELL I even stayed after for 30 min to do cardio with him so he would do it.
Yes I got a thanks and yes I got a wow I feel much better now and I’m happier. But really how does one do it. How does one stay INSPIRATIONAL when there is nothing left.
I guess I did do it by doing 30 min of cardio with him in my work clothes but really how much good am I doing. The best I can hope for him is to maintain. Even then he had 2 Sundays yesterday urgg.
Oh well. We’ll have to keep going and try to keep him going. Excuses. I don’t make excuses to work out any more. I just do it or I don’t. when I don’t I know that I will feel like shit. When I do I am happy. But no excuses.
