TIME

Why do things take up so much time? I enjoy my classes, I enjoy spending time with my friends, I enjoy my work, and I enjoy working out/sports. But why is it that all these things take up so much time.

I had lunch with a friend yesterday. By the time the talking and being stupid was done I had spent nearly 3 hours there. (including drive time) Now I enjoyed the time, but when you come to think of it we really didn’t talk about anything.

Take school for example. There is the drive time. Then the time it takes to do the class, drive back home and then you need to study for the class.

I have to plan out my day so that I can get everything in that I need to get done. 30 to an hour increments. Even this right now, typing away at my computer is planned. Eating is something done during the finishing of something else.

I used to sit at the sushi bar for hours. Eating, talking, and drinking. Now I have to call in my sushi order and pick it up between tasks.

My birthday is this Friday and I haven’t had time to think about it much. The only thing my birthday means this year is that the next day is the start of a VERY FULL two months. I’m starting a Tax’s class (at my mothers request), I have the 24/5 class at the gym (if they get me a employee number), I have regular school, study for drill that will come around twice next month and oh year I still have to put work in there.

Why do I do this to myself? Do I feel guilty because I hadn’t been working for 5 months. It’s really insane. I don’t know why I feel the need to fill up every single moment of my life with things. Oh and then my friends become upset with me because I’m not spending time with them. It’s an effort for me to deal with people. I don’t like people, I’m a hermit. If I could stay at home and get as white as a vampire I would be a happy little albino clam. My favorite time of the day is when I’m home, by myself, munching on popcorn (that I don’t have right now, by the way, if your looking for a good b-day present for me get me an air popcorn popper)

I’m dropping my soccer class because I don’t have time for it. In a weeks time when my tax’s class starts I won’t have time for my regular classes much less a class that I really don’t need.

Seems to be about that time. I have to post this and start my next task. Oh to have a time turner.
