The virtual box don't work with .vhdx. So first create .vhdx, then convert it to .vdi
1. Using
disk2vhd create disk image. Choose all disk partitions, "Use VHDX" checked, "Use VolumeShadow Copy" unchecked
2. Convert image from .vhdx to .vdi by
CloneVDI . Don't change any checkbox. Don't use VirtualBox's VBoxManage.exe tool, because creates non working image (probably because of GPT).
3. Create Virtualbox virtual machine without disk, attach the .vdi and choose System->Enabler EFI
4. Start machine
* don't create .vhd by disk2vhd! Virtual box know to work with it by can't boot (probably because of EFI/GPT)
