So things are pretty calm still. I'm hoping to get back into one of my phases of "I'm still alive and will post for a few consecutive days before falling off the face of the Earth again". :3 Other than that, and a lot Japanese homework recently. And, a little off topic, but there's this guy that just walked in (as I'm at work right now) and I swear to god he looks just like Jason.
I kid you not. Jason, I think you have a secret double running around OU. I see him all the time, and I think he lives in Hoover too.
Anyway, it was terribly rainy yesterday and...I was dumb and wore flip flops. Which, let me explain, was because the only other shoes I have are slippers, chucks, and huge ass boots that I'd prefer never to wear except for occassionally in the winter. So I went with flip flops. All good, except my favorite pair broke earlier this week. ON MY WAY TO CLASS NO LESS. I was just walking and then BAM I tripped and looked down to see a broken shoe. Had to go in the library shoeless, in a scenario like this.
Me: *hobbles in, trying to hide the fact I'm carrying a broken shoe* *Walks up to circulation desk and holds up shoe* ....Do you have tape?
Guy: Yea...all we have is scotch tape, though.
Me: I don't care. I need tape, pleeease. D:
*then proceeds to tape shoe back together*
Which, by the way, broke again when I got back to my dorm. ANYWAY, got sidetracked. So, yesterday, it was a fucking down pour when I got out of class and I just went straight for my dorm, I didn't want dining hall food or anything, just dry clothes. So I ordered a sub for dinner from Quiznos because AMG THEY DELIVER NOW. I am a happy camper. So, get my sub, pay the guy and head back inside, still wearing said flip flops. We have really slick concrete on the ground floor. And I had wet flip flops on.
You can see where this is going.
I fell, hit my tail bone and jammed up my wrists really bad. My left one more so, because today I can hardly bend it D: That's pretty much what's been going on with me this week, it's been a little hectic and painful. And full of broken shoes. God damn. But still good none the less!
5 MORE WEEKS BEFORE SUMMERRRRRRRRRR YAAAAAAAAAAY! I'm almost done with my Freshman year of college!! :D
