I have a
Pothos plant, which is also called Devil's Ivy. It's one of those plants you basically have to try to kill and it just grows and grows and grows all over the place. You can cut off a piece and it regrows in a cup of water and that piece will grow and grow.
Pothos is also the Greek god of "longing":
Pothos was the longing towards an unattainable goal. Since the object of this longing could only be reached in a better, more perfect world, it comes as no surprise that Pothos was associated with death.
