Bought from Lotus Palace Sales (Kathi of the Lotus Palace blog) Comes with a retractable brush (the silver tube). It is attached to the blush compact with a chain; the chain and brush are detachable. There is a small "J" charm on the chain as well. The cap of the brush comes off and can be put on the end of the brush to extend and hold the handle. Pics below show the brush, all the pieces, and the retracted brush, and details on the tube and pieces.

Japanese Steady magazine July 2010 issue WITH GIFT. Please keep in mind, shipping is more because of size and weight.
Basically NEW; I've flipped through the magazine a few times...comes with free Gift Item (much nicer than those in US magazines!). the free gift is a Samantha Thavasa (STNY) multi-case, comes in cardboard, I opened it up and looked at it, then put it back in original wrapping.
