So this might sound angry
Rugby tournament was good this weekend since the sky was cloudy so the sun didn't beat down on me. I realized (for the last time) that the men's team sucks. We watched their game, and when we played after them the boys drank all our water and left. No cheering, no acknowledgment at all that we were even playing.
"liz, you went to the men's game today?"
-"yea, i was there for the WOMEN'S tournament you ass hole"
but i don't blame the men's team at all,
we do it to ourselves.
for some reason we (the women's team) go, support, go, support, cheer, and silently hope for some return for our effort
I've discovered (for the last time) you will never have people treat you the same way you treat them.
they will use you, and then believe that somehow they have earned to be treated in the same amazing fashion forever.
Why? YOU have somehow TEASED them into thinking that you SHOULD treat them like royalty.
