Punishment & Retribution in Comics
I'm going to be doing a seminar for our Criminoloy Dept on the representation of crime: punishment & retribution in comics. Obviously finding examples is not problems... it's more that there's too many!
Thought some examples I could use to cover different cultures are Batman, Death Note & Judge Dredd plus some less mainstream ones.
I also have to recommend a couple of comics for them to read as examples and I'm not sure what - they need to be ones the library can get hold of easily (we already hold 1 copy of Watchmen).
Suggestions welcome....
