We had to replace the plumbing in our new house. We moved to Dallas two years ago. It's an older house and the plumbing just died. ask for a camera test of the plumbing.

also check the wiring.

you're very welcome and I'm really happy for you!!

Ditto the wiring--when my sister's ex bought his house a few years ago, they couldn't plug in more than two-three things at a time without tripping the circuit breakers for a few weeks, until they got an electrician to come look at the wires. Turned out the asshole who'd remodeled the place had wired everything through a single circuit breaker! Luckily the guy they found was very generous and sorted it out for a reasonable price.

house hunting while pregnant is oh so much fun ;p

It usually takes a month or so after going to contract to get everything done, so you have a little bit of time to move out

Have you started looking at houses online yet? It's a good way to get an idea of what's on the market.

Good luck *hugs*

We have looked online but our realtor doesn't want us to fall in love with anything until it's time, which is prolly a good idea. Plus, I still haven't got my place in shape to even list yet, so things are moving slowly. But still moving!

That's why we're doing this now, though, so I don't have to be a million months pregnant and just DYING to find a place RIGHT NOW.

I don't know how the market is by you, but out here things are sitting for awhile. Be prepared to either take less than you expected or things to take a long time.
