Excited and angry, all at the same time!
OK, so I have happy news and annoying news at the same time. First the annoying news. I got this email today:
Hello Mr/Mrs xxxxx,
Thank you for your order with Skate Buys. Unfortunately, one or more of the items you ordered are no longer available. If you would like to modify your order, please respond to this email. Otherwise, we will issue a refund for the items we are unable to ship within 5 business days.
What the fuck?!? First of all, you waited a week to tell me this? Second, isn't it against the law in most states to charge someone's credit card before you've shipped an item?!? And last, you have my first name and it's a male's name, not a female's name so why do you need the Mr/Mrs part? Do you have a problem understanding why a guy might buy a figure skating dress? If so, wake up and join the rest of us in the real world. There are tons of sissy bois like me out here!!!
Ugh, so now I have to decide if I should buy something else from this place or get one of the items from the GK store. If anyone cares to post a secondary choice from my post Please help me choose a skating dress! below I would muchly appreciate it!
Anyway, now the good news. I got the biketard I ordered today! It's so, so, so super cute and girly, I love it! The colors and sparkly print are fabulous! It's just a touch small but I was able to get into it and I actually like that it's really snug on me, more than a lot of the other leotards and biketards I have. I'm wearing it now and I think I'll keep it on all night! :-D
