I talk to any and everybody. But if they actually admit to being lonely, I don't see a problem reaching out to them. No one should be ignored, unless they're supervillians. They're a whole different story.

There used to be a couple, like that Nazi guy. He wasn't from my home, but he falls into the same category with the killing and chaos bringing. There might be more, but as far as I know, they haven't brought a lot of attention to themselves.

What constitutes a supervillian? Do they need to kill and bring chaos? Is a costume mandatory?

In general, yes but bank robbers, kidnappers, and so on are considered supervillians too. Killing is bad enough. If they want to make the world explode while doing it, that makes it worse.

No, a costume isn't, but most of them go all the way and wear one.
