I can understand myself more by understanding my impulses.
My understanding of reltionships is slowly and completely changing.
-I need/ask a lot of people.
In the past, this need has manifested in romantic relationships. I asked a lot of one person and gave a lot in return. I always needed more and felt at times that I had more to give than one person could handle.
-Asking for just enough from more people means that I get what I need, and other people give what they want/can.
Exploring this with caution is very important. I need to be really intentional.
I've started journaling in a book. No one can read it but me.
