I haven't updated in a long long time.

I remember the days that I wouldn't go to bed without a Live Journal entry. Now I am lucky if I can update once a month. I have missed the updates, it helps me organize the little moments that seem important, but eventually fade with time. Hopefully with the addition of a laptop coming my way, as soon as Monday, I will be able to write these entries on a more regular basis. I am very excited that I am getting a laptop because for the facts that 1) I finally have my own computer! 2) My prize money from Entergy helped pay for it 3) I am paying for a majority of the cost (well my savings account is) 4) I get it earlier than Graduation. Speaking of Entergy, for basically all of November I, and the rest of my group spend a long time working on our experiment, models, presentation, and visuals. It seemed that every weekend consisted of spending time with Heather, Kevin, Jess, and Logan. It was stressful, and something I would never want to go through again. I believe though that Machiavelli was correct in saying that "the ends justify the means," because we placed first in the model portion of the competition. $500 cash, baby! I am incredibly proud of all the heart and hardwork we put in the project. We basically all got along, Logan and Jess a little more so, thanks to me. Kevin and I became really close friends as well. It is very odd how well we get along now, when just a few years ago we didn't particularly care for each other. Entergy in some aspects made me lose contact with most of my other friends. I didn't each lunch in the cafeteria for over two weeks, I didn't have the time to call anyone, and every time we had free time in any class we went to Ms. Burch's room to work some more. I really hope that I can just fall back in to the old routine easy enough, and still find a way to keep Kevin, Jess, and sometimes Logan a big part of my life as well.

Well I believe that is enough for now, I will update more later, hopefully.
