Goodnight Moon
Here I sit, on a Saturday night… my last Saturday night in Gainesville and I have been working all night. I revised a short story, changing my story from 8 pages to 11. I am about ¾ of the way done with a study guide for State and local… that’s of the whole thing not just my section; Lisa and I have been emailing back and forth all night. I had a good long talk with Demi, we ended up singing Beasts of England from animal farm… actually I was singing, she was more or less laughing. I miss her.
My parents came up today and took home some of my stuff... that was helpful. Seeing them made me almost homesick, I’m finally ready to go home. Before I was not so sure I wanted to leave Gainesville… now I know I need some time at home.
I’m pretty sure I get to be the manager at the River Hills country club pool this summer… it’s almost positive; I just need to do some paperwork stuff. Awesome.
I’m avoiding a philosophy paper... Because I know no matter what I write my TA will give me a C+… that’s all he ever gives me, really doesn’t make me want to try to write something amazing.
I’m a little bit bummed, a bit disenchanted with school, and really stressed, My neck hurts a lot from typing all day… I want to sleep, I want to be lazy, I want it to be summer, I want to run around barefoot and be in the sun all day, I want to watch movies, I want to lay on the couch all day, and I want to hug so many people, I want to have sweet dreams, and I want everyone to have a good night…
