shit that i find annoying.
i know this isn't really a big deal, but considering the circumstances, whatevz. my building is being sold, and so they use my apartment as a show apartment. i have kept it clean for months now, more clean than i would normally, because my landlord told me he would pay me $300 to let them show it. i am currently waiting for the three months to be up so i can receive the money. (that, or the building to sell.) this, apparently was the "deal" i agreed to even though i don't recall being told anything other than being paid $300.
TODAY, i get a note from my landlord's dad with my water bill in it, and also a note that "the real estate guy asked that i keep my apartment a little more tidy." well my friends, considering the real estate people have been giving me less than 24 hours notice to show the place, it may have not been tidy the last time it was shown. here's a fucking tip: call me 24 hours in advance so i can make sure it's clean, not 5 hours beforehand when i work a full time job and do not get home until after 6. in case you forgot, i do LIVE HERE.
