addition & subtraction.
i read a lot of news, and last night and today are probably two of the few times that reading the news is actually making me feel sick to my stomach. the idea that someone the same age as me went on a shooting rampage on a college campus is just mind-blowing & so, so sad. what's the point? what's the point of killing all of those people and killing yourself? it's so cowardly and fucked up and disgusting.
i only knew one person from high school who went to va tech. he graduated in 2005 and lives in north carolina now, but i can't imagine thinking about that kind of situation going on at university of cincinnati. i mean my brain can't really process it going on anywhere, but especially somewhere that was so important to me and so formative. so i can't imagine what that is like.
today i got an email saying i was accepted for georgia go run. look out, government.
