I wish I had asked for some advice with GS cookies. Like how to better organize cookies for "extras" when moms come to me and ask for more when they get additional orders. It was crazy for awhile, several times we lost count how many cookies we had out there.
During one of our meetings, one of the moms came to me with cookies that the buyer didn't come to pick them up. So she left the cookies with me. As we were doing an activity I noticed another mom poking around those boxes. Later I went over and 3 of the boxes we're gone. I have no proof it was that mom. And I have had issues with her before. All she is doing is hurting the girls from the troop. I thank god she's moving at the end of the year. But I need some type of system set up for next year. Ive had moms show up at my house early on the weekend to get more cookies. They call me at work. Late at night. I'm too damned nice to say atthing but I think I have to.
