It's been a few, unfortunately. Well I haven't strayed to far. Saturday was the only day I did not really exercise. I think I made up for it on Sunday with my crazy run. My diet has stayed the course and there have been very few days where I went over my allotment. I try to over estimate on my intake that way I know I am not setting myself up for splurge. I was so incredibly sore from my run yesterday that I opt ted for a low-impact walk with my son. Welp, off to the showers. Here are some stats.
Weight: 176.4
Neck: 13.5
Waist: 37.5 (so how this got bigger I don't know!)
Hips: 40
