singingllama you know, today was the first day in a long while that i got home early enough to watch house md (this week's been crazy, i've had to stay at work until all hours of the night-- ten thirty-ish on monday, then a full-on 1 am on tuesday, and about eight thirty yesterday night). i haven't watched an episode in so long that i don't even know what season was airing. curiously enough, the episode that was airing today was "hunting"... now isn't that some awesome luck? i love that episode xD
and speaking about house, have you guys heard the rumors for next season? straight from katie jacobs, there will be an episode revolving fully about cameron and chase. i would absolutely by jumping for joy... if i believed anything that comes out of katie jacobs' mouth. i don't, so i'm staying on the line about any rumors. but just in case any of you didn't know...
as for the title of this post... no, i'm not speaking about the vehicles. rather, i mean "trailer" as in movie trailer. i don't know and i don't think these trailers came out today-- i'm sure they've been out for a while and i just didn't know because i've been out of the loop of all my fandoms lately, but the news reports for both of these were on the main yahoo page when i logged out of my email and i couldn't help but click on them... it was a nice respite from work (have i mentioned i finally got permission to access the net at work? i did! isn't that sweet? =3). so, i have to fangirl these:

i really liked this trailer. HSM3... hmmm, so good so far. the song is really, really catchy, i like it. the choreography looks good as far as i can see. i don't much get what the plot is about... just graduation in general? i figure it's something like that. but hey, at least it's better than just the summer, like in the second part. it's also funny; i usually find sharpay very annoying, but that bit at the end when she asks when the big game will be was just hilarious xDDD i gotta say that part where they're at the basketball game and everybody in the stands sort of bends down so the only one left standing is gabriella, and then her and troy sort of sing to each other-- well, i found that very cheesy. but apart from that, i liked most of it. i'm on the fence with this one, hopeful but trying not to expect too much... i'll give it a shot, because it looks good for now, but who knows, since i thought the second part was just... awful =S

ooohhh... that was creepy. reminds me of that julia stiles movie that i never even saw because only the trailer spooked me to death... what was the name? *looks it up* oh, the omen. yes, creepy little kids all around. and this boy in HBP, he really does look and act a lot like the dude who played tom riddle in the second movie; it's almost uncanny. yeah, there's not much in the way of other characters in the trailer, it's all pretty much about dumbledore and tom, but like i told my younger cousin: that's basically the focal point of this book, right? it's the main reason why i loved it, because we got so much background information on voldemort, how horrible he really is and why he is that way. that's what matters, really, and what people should take with them after watching this movie. i like it when HP trailers are spooky-- remember the dementors in both PoA and OotP? those are the sort of trailers i like. bonnie's even in it for a little bit! oh, she's such a gorgeous girl, i can't wait to see more of her in this movie. yeah, hermione wasn't even in the trailer at all and ron was only in it for a second, and he was out cold, but i really don't mind... there'll be time for them in the movie itself. they're not as important as voldemort's history is. and i'm sure that little kid who plays baby!voldie is going to steal the show. god, i can't wait to see this one.
did anyone else think, though, that the background to the text in-between clips looked a bit... cheap? i did. the blue, wavy background? i guess they were going for a "pensieve" or maybe a "potions" feel, but it just looked off, different from the rest of the trailer. i liked it better when they used smoke and fog and such; it fit better.
that reminds me, i have to re-read the book. i've forgotten most of it by now. *runs off to try to make a dent in her to-read list*
