...but WAIT! i was JUST clicking the "post" button on my last post, when another HP&OotP trailer comes out. this time the full-length domestic trailer. talk about a busy day in HP-land! ^-^
lots of the same stuff, but there's also a couple of new and exciting scenes here and there. just like on sunday, i shall comment xD
_awwww, baby harry from PS/SS =3 good times, good times.
_was that the veil? (it's like a quarter-of-a-second shot) O_o it's not a veil, it looks like a... door... huh...? no, wait, maybe it IS just a door... one of the DoM doors...
_hermione hammering the DA idea into her boys ^____^ i loved that scene in the book. it doesn't seem like harry's complaining too much, though.
_is the random ravenclaw kid with the black hair michael corner? *blink, blink*
_i "awwwww" every time i see ron giving harry a go signal in the DA scene. it's so nice, especially after GoF ;_; i love my ronnie.
_and you know, while i liked the international trailer a lot more than this one, i can watch this one over and over if only for the sole scene of hermione kicking ron's butt during DA training. that scene is going to be great! it's what i've been waiting for since the whole crookshanks debacle =P girl power, i say. sorry, ronniekins, i wub you anyways.
_were they blowing up a statue of voldemort? hmm, that's a good start.
_aaaahhh, harry & cho making googly eyes at each other and ron standing there like a third wheel. fun! you know, in my country we call third-wheels "violinists"-- because they just stand there in the middle of someone else's romantic moment like the guy who's playing the romantic music in the background-- and that's just what ron is in that scene, a violinist. lol xD
_random kid (aka "nigel") is being used as "leviosa" practice target. yeah, overrated.
_ah, the brooms were for the advance guard. and OMG is that kingsley? what did they do to him?! O_o
_*gasp!* the prophecy! oh, that is sooo cool. and i love the hall of prophecies, it's just like a giant hallway walled with glass orbs and the six kids look so diminutive in it. exactly how i pictured it.
_"we're in this together!" says hermione to harry. and we all go "awwwww" =3 from the green fire, i'm guessing that's the scene when they use umbridge's fireplace to try and contact sirius at grimmauld place. i'm so anxious to see hermione telling umbridge that they wanted to call dumbledore to ask him about the "weapon." i think emma can pull it off, but it better be really convincing.
_insert "oooooooohhhhhhhhh" moment here as i JUST realize that the giant A-shaped tower shown in both trailers is actually azkaban! (what was that, three days later? only me, i tell you) and hey, that's water right below it. at first i thought it was snow #_# i'm stupid, i know that.
_oh, it's so sad to see mr. weasley get hurt! =( that's gonna suck. i love his movie self just as much as i do his book self. he's the best dad ever. it's gonna suck majorly.
_dumbledore conjuring up the phoenix looks incredible. best SFX i've seen so far for this movie. though that part where the kids are falling and suddenly stop about a foot from the ground looks amazing as well. i wonder what's happening at that point?

like i said, i rather liked the international trailer better. but you know what the best thing is about this one? it's in hi-res, which means we get hi-res caps ^.^ oh, i know what *I'M* going to be doing this weekend... making icons =3
