Random things
Today has been mellow and good. A few errands. Working. Rain pelting the windows and a coolness in the air. We dismantled the AC and turned the heat on for a little this morning. Fall is coming and I welcome my favorite season with open arms and delicious cocoa! I love Autumn so much.
Remember when I said I was going to toss a notepad into my purse for when I saw people parking horribly? I did - and I thought the heart-shaped post-its would be ideal. As always at my Group Health pharmacy, douchey parkers were not difficult to locate.
On the drive home, I saw this.
Leaves from our maple are starting to scatter themselves on the lawn. Right now it is merely a handful, but soon there will be many more. Our giant blossoming plum tree also wants in on the fun. Our yard has lots of trees and will be buried over the next month or two.
Our hydrangea is tenacious, as always. Last year it held out well into Autumn. This year should be no different. I love the blue!
Glenn was by to visit. The kitties flock to him. He loves their attention. When I can afford it, I am going to help him adopt a kitty of his own. I think a feline companion would be wonderful in his life. I am also going to get him a betta.
