Short hair or long hair?
Like I said in my last entry of aimless rambling, I was looking at pictures of myself when I had shorter hair, and am now considering cutting my hair off. Currently it is so long, I never do anything with it. I have it tied tightly back all day because of work. And at home, I feel like it is always in my way... so I tie it back. It has been a year since I had a hair cut or a trim.
I am always antsy about stuff like this, so any advice, thoughts and input is very welcome.
Here is what it was like in 2005:
I liked it because I could have it down and framing my face. I like the way I look with hair framing my face. I would wear cute clips and have it down at work. I don't like how I look with my hair tied back... and I am tired of seeing myself that way, since it has been that way for years now.

As you can see, I need a trim at least. Hello, split ends!
I like how it looks down on the rare occasion I leave it down, but like I said, I don't wear it down much. The 2005 picture is pretty wash-and-go, since I never bothered with a lot of hair stuff or make-up back then. I am a complete and utter girl now, so I would probably take the time to style it now. I am kind of excited about the possibility.
I am considering doing this today... in a couple of hours.
Advice and input is appreciated. :) Feel free to post pictures of shorter hair cuts in the comments. While I am considering the 2005 cut, I'd love to see anything else you think might look good! Post pictures!
