The party was awesome! I had such an awesome time, thank you everyone who came - best time I have had in ages! I want to do it again. Soon. I have photos to post later... they may or may not involve a strap-on.
I managed to keep the cats wrangled all night. They were released about 1am, and about 5am I woke up for some mysterious reason, thinking Oliver had gotten out. I came downstairs and sure enough - a window had been left open. Oliver hadn't been out long, but he was already crying at the door when he heard me moving around in the house. It was weird, because the last time he escaped years ago, the same thing happened. I woke up in the middle of the night somehow knowing he was out.
I am currently enjoying my one weekend off a year. It is so strange to me to be laying around in my pajamas right now. I love it. I love it even more after learning that Jenn called work yesterday and quit without notice, leaving us a little screwed. Lucky for me, I won't have to fret about it until Thursday.
