A former co-worker showed up in the store with a bag full of long haired wieners. This was hilarious on numerous levels, but mostly because the lady in question was terminated a few months ago for drug use at work and stealing. Regardless, she had a bag 'o cute and I couldn't tear myself away. She also wanted $500 for these dogs. What.

That last wiener almost made me cave to my "never buy a baby animal" rule. Almost. I did consider trying to steal it, but there was also a police officer present ogling the adorableness.

They ARE adorable but I would never own a weiner dog or buy from a breeder. Shelter mutts for me please!

You can get weiners from shelters or half-weiners... They can be stubborn, but they are absolutely the most devoted, loving dogs ever.

I would never own a weiner dog for more reasons than my issues with breeding. Well, I guess all of my issues with pure bred dogs comes down to human interference.
