This morning our room smelled of raw sewage and the drains were backed up. We called and asked if anything could be done and they upgraded us to a player's suite for free.
We have a fridge! And a giant plasma TV, fancy whirlpool bath and everything is very nice. We even went from generic soaps to an array of Bath & Body Works brand soaps and stuff.
