My awful customer did call back and complain to the front end manager about me. Despite the fact that Rob spoke to him, I felt like he was questioning me and my decisions regarding this incident. I feel more anxious and beaten down now than I did after the whole mess occurred. Crazy Lady is planning to call and speak with our store director when he gets in at 1pm, so I plan to speak with him first and take Jenn to be my witness. Sadly, Rob is off today.
