Getting Back on Track

So I've been a little off track with the whole diet thing. I'm definitely still on it, but I haven't been going to the gym, I've been eating a little OVER 20 carbs a day, and I've been eating late at night... three very bad things. I want to loose 6lbs in the next two weeks so I have to get back on track.
I went to the gym today, 1 hour. Good start. The only problem I had at the gym was the TV. Every TV was blasting MTV. I hate hearing music when I workout, strange I know. And of course MTV just happened to be playing Britney Spears Onyx Hotel tour from Miami. Yea just what I wanted to see/hear... Shitney Queers.
I need to invest in some ear plugs or something...
