Yea...and the first time I heard of it was from my grandparents and parents who wouldn't know the difference. Meh. I don't live in the UK either so yea, the headlines must have been what stuck.

Yeah, technically it's a civil partnership but a lot of people call it marriage because it's shorter and quicker to say. Proper same-sex marriages don't exist just yet but we're getting there.
