help, please!!!
i have a math problem that i need to solve pronto and just cannot do.
i have a group of 21 students. in each group there needs to be a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 4. i need an even number of groups. is this possible??!! it's for debates, so each group has to be able to debate another group. i have spent about 15 minutes on two different pieces of paper and i can't figure it out. good thing Manuel is taking the GRE tomorrow and not me!
