hello 2006.
it actually feels like a new year for once.
usually it doesn't hit me until like... march or so.
i'm excited about my birthday for some reason. and i'm not sure why. usually it's not a big deal. at least not in recent years.

i'm tired. i only got about 2 hours of sleep yesterday. and then i stayed up until 4. i'm really smart, i know.
let's see...
i ate a $10 salad yesterday at red robin with ashley. it was huge and i couldn't finish it. i've never been so full from a salad in my life. we couldn't walk very fast after that. we went to the mall. and decided that if mall security were to start chasing us for some reason, we wouldn't get very far, since our feet weighed about 180 pounds each. and we would just have to surrender without even trying to run.
that just reminded me of the time MT and i witnessed the big scandal in the parking lot. and the security guy slipped and fell on his face on the pavement. and then they wrestled this kid to the ground. right behind my car. it was so intense.
i got my other paycheck today.
apparently minimum wage went up? so that's cool. now i'm making $7.63. or..i WAS. i'm not sure if i'll ever work there again. not that i don't want to. just that... well i did quit a while ago. and holiday season is over. so no more job for me! i think i will look into getting a new one soon. maybe at urban outfitters... since they are opening a new one downtown. oh NEAT!
