San Francisco! (AKA Annie being a big fat TOURIST!!! WHOOO!)

This weekend was the most fun I've had in a long time. I think San Francisco has the potential to be my favorite city, but I'm not sure yet. I think I'm still just a little overwhelmed though.

In China Town we got to watch people make fortune cookies. And I bought a bag of them with "adult" fortunes. And they are by far the tastiest fortune cookies I've ever had. Peking Noodle Co. has nothing on whatever the place we went was called. I think it was the Original San Francisco Fortune Cookie Factory or something along those lines. Yeah. And I went into a store disguised as a candy store that was really full of gross fish. And I bought a bag of White Rabbits which are the best candy on earth. Probably.

Yeah, and later on when we were at Fisherman's Warf this fortune teller lady told me that I have a beautiful aura and really good karma. And we wanted to go see Alcatraz, but tickets for the tour were sold out. Oh yeah, and we watched a break dance show and the guy playing the music was painted SILVER!

And the most exciting part might have been when Melissa and I ditched my parents and went to Union Square by ourselves and went to the Border's that was like 4 or 5 floors or when we went to the mall that was like a million floors high and had curved escalators. And then I think I almost had a heart attack when we realized that there are 2 (and possibly more) multi-story Gap stores in a three or four block radius.

Umm, I think that's it. Oh yeah, and in the morning we went to San Francisco State for the open house, which was the reason we went there in the first place. And that was fun too, because our tour guide was from San Diego and went to SCPA and knew Brian Crum, which was just funny. And now I'm way less stressed out about going there because I was so scared that the dorms would be all scary and prison-like, like how they were at the University of Tennessee, but they weren't, they were actually pretty nice just really small. And the campus is really nice even though some of the buildings are really ugly.

Umm, now I think that's it.

And in less than 3 days time I will be in Paris. I think this might be the week of fun cities or something.
