(no subject)
I need to make a much longer and more detailed post this week, but I wanted to write this down before I totally forget it -
On Wednesday morning, I put Terran in the car to take him to daycare and he settled into his carseat and then looked at the ceiling light and said "A light?" I was totally shocked. I said, "Yes, that's a light", and he happily cooed to himself "light, light, light" for the next few minutes. Wow. Just wow! I mean, he doesn't really pronounce it perfectly, it's more like "l-eye-hths" than light, but still! I can't get over his amazing language skills. Also, yesterday I was cooking some peas on the stove for him and taught him "hot". He doesn't say that perfectly either - it's more like "oths", but he gets it. It's so cool!
I just wish he'd SLEEP a little better.
