(no subject)
i feel like such a freakin' drag queen. i went to target today and bought maybelline full and soft, maybelline lash discovery waterproof, and cover girl volume exact waterproof. sadly, none of them worked for me. yes, even w/ the shiseido mascara base. i need more volume and bigger lashes more more more. looks like i'm gonna stick to diorshow, but i'm gonna try the waterproof version. there must be something else better out there (that's cheaper). i really wanna try ysl faux cils, but w/ tax and stuff... it'd come out to $30. that's way too steep!
full and soft:
the best of the 3 i purchased. maybe i just need to get the waterproof version? i actually sorta like this. it gives nice fanned out lashes, but just not dramatic for me. i prefer pretty much night time lashes during day time lol. i actually tried layering it w/ diorshow and it looks really good. but then again, shouldn't i just buy one mascara and wear one light coat to make it look natural? it only makes more sense for the wallet.

at first, i really liked this. i actually thought this might be the one, but i tried applying it for a second time and it just doesn't work for me. i love the tiny brush though. the bristles suck... it's the typical spiral shaped kind. the formula's not that great either. it adds length, but not volume and pinched my lashes into spikey triangles. not the look i prefer on me, might work well on others though.

i liked this one the least out of the 3. actually, i don't even like it at all. for some reason, this one irritates my eyes and i've never had a problem w/ mascara before. some people love the brush, but i find it too sharp and pointy, so it hurts when i get close to the lash line. not impressed at all.
