Opportunity
Um ... not sure what happened somewhere *out there* in the cosmos but ... opportunity keeps hitting me, and it's coming at me from every conceivable direction.
I just got this cool call at work about me being the only one to be capable of offering technical advice on something for a totally different agency to mine and would I stay involved in the project long term. (I knew that PhD would come in handy some day ... should probably finish writing it up or something)
I feel very reactive at the moment, mostly caught unawares and juggling as best I can, not wanting to drop even one ball.
Life is interesting at the moment. It's far more than just "cool" and a lot of fun.
