But what will happen to these cities and towns when/if they become flooded and destroyed like New Orleans was? Will the government help them? Or will these towns just sit and remain destroyed until someone comes along to help? It is amazing to me that 3 years on, my friend's mom who lives in NO, says that some streets look as if nothing has been done to them at all. What will happen to Iowa and Missouri?
