Apple aren't the paragons of perfection I may have imagined. My iPod dock is scratched to hell, and they put two USB cables in the box instead of one USB, one firewire. So I'm going to have to go to Glendale tonight and buy one from the Apple store, and the online store will credit the cost of it back to my Visa which should be completed in 3-5 days. Their customer service is so-so but so far I've got a low opinion of their warehouse facility.
