With (Semi/Lazy) Reviews

January

1. The Pirates - Kmovie. Pirates during the historical period. Really? Don't know if they got the idea from Pirates of the Carribean. Skipped some parts because it was dragging. Slightly funny but could have been better. The CGs was too much. Son Ye Jin is pretty. No guy eye candy for me, which is a boo.

2. Two Night Stand - Chick flick but with slight naughty stuff. I'm still wrapping around my head if I enjoyed it or really really enjoyed it. (Yes, there's a difference there.) I'll just edit this if I changed my opinion. On the other hand, Miles Teller has his own charm and I'm semi-attracted to him.

3. The Book Of Life - It did a good rendition of 'Creep'. Nice movie. Good songs too. Very colorful animation and it makes me want to dance (yes I'm weird.) It's Channing Tatum! Even if it's just his voice, but still. What's with Mexico and moustaches? Moustaches are manly? Not reaaaallllly.

4. White Bird In A Blizzard - Shailene Woodley went nude a lot. Didn't know she could pull it off. Slow drama movie and I didn't think that this movie was supposed to be a mystery. Eva Green will always be Vanessa Ives to me because she looks like she's acting as Vanessa instead of Eve.

5. The Interview - What I didn't like? Seth Rogen. What I like? Pupppppyyy! Next question pls.

6. Sunday at Tiffany's - Kid Michael is so suave as fuck. Adult Michael is hotter and reminds me of Chad Michael Murray. HOT.

7. The Gifted - A very predictable story except for the end end. Sam Milby still can't act, ugh!

8. Cyberbully - Okay, time to delete every social network accounts I have. Arya, I mean, Casey did a good job.

9. The Spectacular Now - It got Miles Miller and Shailene Woodley but I got bored. Had to do something while semi-watching the movie. And Miles and Shailene? I find them odd together. No chemistry to me. Nada. Blah.

10. The Best Of Me - The usual Nicholas Sparks plot: either they fall in love or find their way back to their old love. Rekindle old love or love blossoms into more. And someone dies at the end. Seriously, every story he made is always the same and predictable. But The Notebook will always make me cry.

11. Dracula Untold - Despite it not having very high ratings, I enjoyed this movie very much. One, bida is gwapo. Two, bida is gwapo. Three, bida is gwapo nga! In english? Handsome, very! Oh, and the original vampy reminds me of Strain. Loooonnnggg tongue.

12. 3 Idiots - I don't watch Indian movies. The only Indian movie I've seen is Slumdog Millionaire and this movie is really good. Really good. Despite it having a duration of almost 3 hours, it was worth the time. All is well.

13. American Sniper - I didn't know it was a true story and it was so intense that my heart was pounding so hard most of the time. There should be a movie for Bradley Cooper, Tom Brady, Ben Affleck and Christian Bale altogether...whose slim muscular bodies became so thick and chunky. The real Expandables. I teared up at the end.

14. Birdman - Great cinematography that they made it look like the movie was shot within a day or two because there was no 'cut' in the movie. Didn't realize Michael Keaton is sooo old. Damn we're getting older. Oh, Edward Newton went nude but no sight of his peen. Too bad lol.

February

15. Beaches - Old movie that I've seen so many times and the only friendship movie that makes me tear up ALL THE TIME! A solid bond friendship, wish it's something I have with my best friends.

16. The Theory Of Everything - Eddie Redmayne did a great job portraying Stephen Hawking, even if it means letting yourself go and act 'wacky' and 'distorted'. It was a good biography movie, I enjoyed learning about the genius.

17. The Rewrite - Hugh Grant is old. His wrinkles are so visibly. Not my kind of movie though. Had to multitask in order to finish the whole movie.

18. Inkheart - Fantasy. Rewatched this movie because my mom haven't seen it. Can't remember what was Brendan's last movie.

19. The Proposal - Super love this movie and lost count on how many times I've seen this. Aside that Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds are a few of my favorite actors, I enjoyed their chemisty onscreen. And puppppppyyy! White puppy is so super cute!

20. Belle - Didn't know this was based on a true story of Dido Belle, an illegitimate child of a Naval captain and a Negro. It was a beautiful story and so glad she had a happy ending with the guy who loved her for who she is and that she didn't end up with the guy who only wanted to marry her because of her inheritance. And I hated Draco Mal-oops I mean Tom Felton's character here. Such a douche. I didn't even know he was part of the film!

21. That Thing Called Tadhana - It left with an open ending and an ending that wasn't predictable at all. Makes me wonder if there will be another movie made after this one. Because it's just like 'Before' but a bit different. Good movie. Good job good job. For Philippines standard. Lol.

22. Tazza The Hidden Card - It's about gambling on Go Stop and I have no idea how the game is played. Gambled my life to watch this because of TOP and Shin Se-kyung. Either I have short attention span or this movie had too many things going on at the same time. What's with Koreans? They don't put so much happy endings to their movies.

23. Foxcatcher - Grumpy Channing. Wrestling. Guy movie. I got bored. Clearly it was a movie not meant for me.

24. The Perfect Wave - Watched this movie for Scott Eastwood. The beginning of the movie slightly got me hooked, I mean I have a thing for surf movies. Ian wanted to go find the perfect wave so he left on an impromptu trip with a friend to go around the world and surf. Along the way, he meets a girl. Girl is pretty except that I don't like her attitude in the movie. And in the middle of the movie, the story becomes too...predictable and slightly shallow for me that I had to press forward a few times until I get to the part what the movie was really all about. Ian was stung by an 'invisible' as they call it, died and was given a second chance. And shared the world what happened to him.

25. Tammy - It's slightly corny but it's still funny, as usual for Melissa McCarthy. I miss her as Sookie in Gilmor Girls though.

26. Eight Below - How can you not cry while watching this movie?!?! Huhuhu huskies <3 AND HOW CAN YOU NOT FEEL SAD WHEN YOU SEE PAUL WALKER?!?!

27. Kingsman The Secret Service - The only time I saw Colin Firth doing action moves. Good fighting sequences. Hello cute guy. And then you have Samuel Jackson as your villian. Overall, it was an entertaining movie.

28. Edge Of Tomorrow - Finally got to watching this after putting it off many times because I wasn't in the mood for Tom Cruise. It was a good movie. I thought I'll just end up seeing Tom Cruise do his signature running style again. Entertaining movie, reminds me of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time though.

29. Accidental Love - It started when Jessica got a nail in her head. And then met Jake. And then from there....seriously, why is the movie kind of messy? Like from Point A, it went to Point D and then back to Point A and then blah. And what a story.

30. Penguins of Madagascar - Because, penguins!

31. Serena - Just how many movies did Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper star together? This one got no happy ending.

32. Wild Card - First time to see Milo Ventimiglia play as the bad guy. Why can't Milo play the good guy and let Jason Statham be the bad guy? Another guy movie. Why did I watch this again???

March

33. The Imitation Game - Only realized it was a true story halfway through the movie. Does Benedict only play roles that are smart and brainy? It was a good movie. Wish Alan Turing had a happy ending but then again, homosexual then were still illegal. Oh, I'm using a 'Turing Machine'!

34. You're Not You - A woman was diagnosed with ALS. She hired a caretaker who is still in college but has no direction in life. I cried.

35. Ask Me Anything - I am jealous of Britt because she got Dylan. Watching this movie made me not mis being in my late teenage years and at the same time, it got me thinking: 'Did I angst over lift that much during that time?' So glad I'm mature na. Childish mature at least.

36. Playing It Cool - Is there such thing as interesting yet boring and complicated romantic comedy? That's how it was.

37. Annie - Of course we all know who Annie is. Tomorrow! Tomorrow! I love you tomorrooooww! Except she's not a caucasian Annie and this is a modern Annie.

38. Kidnapping Freddy Heineken - Another true story film. This one is about kidnapping Freddy Heineken. Duh. The group did a perfect crime of kidnapping and managed to get the ransom but they still got caught in the end. I still want to know who tipped them off to the police. I want to go back to Amsterdam.

39. Laggies - An adult life. I....can relate. Lol

40. Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb - I have seen the first move but haven't seen the second movie. I kinda skipped it. Reason I watched this one is because of Robin Williams. And he even said 'Let us go.' Sad.

41. Under The Electric Sky - A docu film on Electric Daisy Carnival or EDC, where 350 thousand ravers gather together on this very enormous event in LV for 3 days. Crazy. Wild. Dance dance dance.

42. Exodus: Gods and Kings - Another remake movie of Prince of Egypt, Moses, Moses, Moses...yeah, there are too many Moses movies. I think the reason why this one is not a big hit is because it is not so 'accurate'. Crocodile killed fishermen and that's how the water became red. And then there is a kid who Moses talks to. It's the kid who is God. This movie is too long and somewhat dragging.

43. Sea Fog - Kmovie. Reason why I watched this is because of Park Yoochun and it is his first movie. Now I see why he won awards for being in this movie. This movie is a drama and suspense one; they were originally fishermen but were not making enough because they weren't able to catch a lot of fish. So the boss was hired to smuggle illegal immigrants from China to Korea. They had to put the illegal immigrants into the fish pod when they saw a ship afar. When the inspector came and left, by the time they open the fish pod, the illegal immigrants were already dead, due to gas leak. That was the suspense part. And the boss? He had to find a way to hide the dead bodies. All the men onboard? Horny, including Yoochun, except he has love. He fell in love with the only remaining illegal immigrant and they're the only ones who survived. Go Chunnie! You're turning into a great actor! <3

44. Vice - Even if this movie has Bruce Willis and even at the start, I knew it was going to be an awful movie.

45. Run All Night - Another action movie of Liam Neeson. From the start, I knew he was going to die at the end. It's a good movie even though the story is pretty much predictable. At least it still kept me on my (toes) seat.

46. Into The Wood - I had a love/hate relationship with this one. I like fantasy and fairy tales and musical but...they totally butchered the story! How could they do that??? And another love/hate with Chris Pine's character here. I was waiting for him to sing to see how he will fare so when he was singing, it was so-so. And he cheats?! Damnit, you ruined what could have been a good movie! But in the end, it was still a shallow story. Shiesh. But I love Meryl Streep's singing, she got an awesome singing voice.

47. Song Of The Sea - This is an animation that is worth watching. I love the story about selkies and I just love all the details, especially with all the intricates. I'm a sucker for intricates and there are so many intricate designs in this one. It is also about family, and I swear, I cried a lot at the end because it's impossible not to cry because there are so many feels! If you're reading this, I'm telling you that you should really watch it.

48. Cinderella - I love fairytales. Pretty dress although it is kind of old fashioned with a bit of modern touches. Villian Cate Blanchett. They only did 1 musical scene, which is good instead of having too many. I think I like this better than Ever After...I think.

49. Insurgent - You won't be able to understand this movie unless you watch Divergent first. All I can think about while watching was Shailene being boyfriend-girlfriend with Ansel Elgort for The Fault In Our Stars, Miles Teller for The Spectacular Now and of course Theo James for Divergent. It's sort of fucking my mind up and I was kind of expecting a four-some somewhere, which I knew is very very unlikely to happen. Yes, I'm only talking about the people but not about the movie...why? Because I am still trying to understand the story plot because I am slow like that.

50. 50 Shades of Grey - Fucking watched it because I had to judge and compare it with the book, even though I only read 1 chapter of the book. The verdict? Both are so baaaaad! The book is already bad in terms of it's messy sentence structures and many run on sentences. And the movie is bad because...it is! Nevermind that Dakota Johnson is pretty and Jamie Dornan has a model physique but he's just...meh and I couldn't feel any chemistry from them. And take note, I'm writing this review while I'm 21 minutes and 33 seconds into the movie. *shudders* I'm still contemplating whether to finish this or just skim through the movie.

Updated: I skimmed through the movie and then deleted the file. And I am still cringing. If you want decent sex scenes, might as well head to a decent porn site instead.

51. My Love, My Bride - Kmovie. It's a romance movie focusing on a couple, starting when the guy planned to propose to his girlfriend and the evolution of their marriage during the first few months. The movie has its funny moments and I saw Jung-suk in his boxers too many times. It's about how they try to deal with each other, adapt and learn how to grow up, to give in, to understand and anything that makes a relationship work. It is also about love, because when things get hard, you will always look back and remember why you love the person at the first place.

52. James Bond: Octopussy - Omg....too many unexplainable scenes! Seriously, how did they come up with the crazy, sabaw lines and moves? Totally 'mind-blowing!' And those fighting scenes too! Ugh.

April

53. The Con Artists - Kmovie. Trust Korean directors and screen writers to make great action movies with comedy in the mix and trust them to make good unpredictable twists at the end. I got 2 eye candies in here, so with 2 eye candies and a good movie plot, I enjoyed the movie very very much.

54. Love Forecast - 18 years of friendship, or to be more precise, 18 years of being friendzoned, the guy finally gets the girl at the end. True love will wait and endure everything for the person they love. Can't say I can relate because...I don't wait. :D

55. Fast & Furious 7 - For Paul. I teared up towards the end because they said goodbye and that he is where he should belong. At least there is no unrealistic long run way. They did a good job making Paul's brother look like him. *tears up again*

56. Point Break - The movie was...uh...well...some part of it was frustrating, funny and...sad. Didn't realize the movie was 24 yrs ago.

57. Seventh Son - Mr. Bradley was short lived. I couldn't pay attention to the whole movie.

58. While We're Young - Good movie.

59. Paddington - A talking bear! I want a bear! It's cute and cuddly!

60. Camp X Ray - Kristen Stewart's stoic expression really fits for the role she got in this movie and still did a passable job acting as a guard. It's not too heavy or dramatic but this movie is about friendship between a detainee and a guard. I enjoyed it, especially with the bits of Harry Potter mentioned in the movie.

61. Avengers: Age of Ultron - Daebak! Jjang! Galing! Great! And...there goes my wild imagination on Bruce Banner and Natasha Romanova.

62. Tracers - I thought it would be like Premium Rush with the bike messenger at the start of the movie. And then there is no more biking and enters parkour. And then parkour while doing a dirty job.  It was okay at the start but then it kinda drags in the middle because it became too predictable for me. I expected the ending.

63. Still Alice - Not being able to remember details, persons, words, places, who you are...is such a scary thing that can ever happen to you. I hope I don't get Alzheimer's disease when I get old, and just like Alice said, I did rather have cancer than Alzheimer's.

May

64. Ex Machina - If zombies don't take over the world in the future, artificial intellegence robot mind. It's scary when they are capable of having internal emotion and vengeance to be free. It was an interesting movie.

65. Mad Max - I scratched my head too many times in this movie not because of something stupid but at something so random and bizarre, like while they are chasing Max, there is a guitarist hanging on top of a vehicle. It was a very entertaining movie from start to end that I didn't even realize the length of the movie. at least Tom Hardy was 'Bane' for a bit.

66. Focus - Damn. It was a damn good con movie with twists in the plans. So good.

67. Tomorrowland - It was...okay. Maybe I wasn't able to understand wholly before I fell asleep in the middle of the movie. I blame my being so jetlagged.

June

68. Jurassic World - It was so awesome and all the fight scenes between the bad ass hybrid and the raptors and t-rex were so intense that I was practically vibrating on my seat. I'm glad they didn't butcher the movie and they just improved it. But of course, the first Jurassic Park is always a classic.

69. Chappie - It was very entertaining. I thought I knew what was going to happen but no, it was unpredictable. Good movie to pass time.

70. The Wedding Ringer - Hired fake friends. Gained new friends. Bromance. It touched my heart. Funny and entertaining. Good comedy movie.

71. Seventh Son - I know I already wrote a review for this but I wrote it without watching the whole movie. This time, I did. I guess I just had to watch it with a companion in order to go through the whole movie. Now I understood the movie. Still could have done better.

72. Wild - Saw the first half a few months ago and just finished the last half today. It tells about a woman who goes on a journey (or to be more precise, on a hike) to overcome catastrophe. It's a good movie. Just needed to watch it when truly in the mood.

73. McFarland - A great movie based on a true story about a coach who motivated and inspired poor high school runners in cross country. A must watch.

July

74. The Sandlot - Good movie on friendship among boys and baseball. It was full of comedy and I had a good laugh.

75. Draft Day - It started slow and then I was getting bored and then it got exciting and then the end!

76. Inside Out - Good movie. I teared up a bit at the end.

77. The Longest Ride - Kinda confused me because the movie focused on 2 couples; from the past and the present, and I don't know who is truly the star. But it was an OK movie if you are into romance and Nicholas Sparks. Once again, it was predictable.

78. The Lazarus Effect - Not scary but it just startled me time to time. And meh, what a plot.

79. Jupiter Ascending - It could have been better.

80. World Trade Center - About 2 policemen who survived the 9/11 attack from being stuck underground for a day. Sad.

81. Home - Fun animated movie on aliens invading earth. Oh!

82. The Help - Finally got around to watching this movie after a few people recommended it to me. It was a really good movie and wished I've seen this earlier but it's okay.

83. The God of Cookery - More of like the movie of mockery. It has Stephen Chow and I enjoyed his other funny films but this one really made me feel so stupid.

84. Listen To Your Heart - Yiesh. Anothed cliched romance movie. Deaf girl meets guy. Fall in love. Fight for love. Guy got cancer. Come on America, make new stories!

85. The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel - Old people in love. Young couple in love. In india. There is a bombay dance. I still don't like Indian food except for chicken curry.

86. If I Had Wings - Didn't know blind people can join in cross-country. But then again, never under estimate a person with disability to accomplish something. This is a good movie to pass time.

87. 3 Days To Kill - Entertaining action movie that I thought it was going to be serious althrough the movie but nope, there is comedy included and I like it that it was added in the movie without trying so hard to make it funny.

88. Ip Man - Master of Bruce Lee. Wing Chun. Fight fight fight.

89. Ip Man 2 - I think I like part 2 better than the first one. More emotional for me.

90. Southpaw - I'm not fond of boxing but this movie really moved me. And I'm also glad that I didn't fall asleep on this one because no scene was boring and damn jetlag. You must really watch this movie.

91. Hot Pursuit - If you want to watch a semi-good and funny movie just for a few laughs, this is for you. If you're looking for something smart ass cop on the chase movie whatsoever like Liam Neeson's, watch something else.

August

92. Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation - It's a good action-y and funny movie but I hope this would be Tom Cruise's last stunt because I fear for his safety and he's already 52!

93. Pitch Perfect 2 - It's about time they graduate. I think I like the first one better because it's simplier.

94. 2 Guns - I thought I've already seen this movie two years ago but I was mistaken because Mark Wahlberg always did the same kind of movies, and so does Denzel Washington. Good but confusing movie to pass time.

95. Aloha - Wished I've seen this movie before I went to Hawaii. It was nice learning about a bit of their myth (though the movie is not based about myth.) It's a good movie to watch with your mom because of inside jokes.

96. The Age of Adaline - Immortal woman didn't age for 100 plus years because it started with an accident and ended with another accident. And then she's mortal again. Good movie.

97. Little Boy - It's about a little boy who would do anything to have his father return home from war and for a small body, he was full of will. Good movie, especially if you want to feel touched and tear up at the end.

98. Boulevard - RIP Captain!

100. Attack on Titan - It....got weird monsters. No nipples, vagina or penis. And they look so creepy while smiling the whole time. Maybe I should watch the anime.

101. San Andreas - Now I know why it was a flop. It focused too much on the family rather than the disaster and it could have been better in soooo many ways.

102. Magic Mike XXL - Wooooo! Definitely a movie for girls only, cuz those are females' fantasies. Abs! Hot damn abs! And then the last scene when all of them are in their shiny damn thongs.

September

103. PK - A Bollywood movie starring Aamir Khan, who I first saw in 3 Idiots. It was another enjoyable movie and I had a few good laughters and a tear. Thank goodness there is not so MUCH dancing in this one.

104. Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! - Oh hell no not again! I already knew I was going to regret seeing this movie but I just had to watch it and judge every horrible details and dialogue throughout the movie. Seriously, how can they be soooo stupid. And more importantly, why the hell did they make a third movie?!

105. Wolf Children - An animation movie about a young mother who gave birth to two children who are half human and wolf and how she took care of them while growing up with the absence of the wolf father. It's good.

106. Spy - If you're up to watching something not so serious but can be funny movie, this is one of it. I had a few good laughs.

107. The Transporter Refueled - There are soooooo many mistakes in this movie that they didn't even think about correcting it, especially with the car models and cellphone. If it weren't for the actions, this movie would have been soooo terrible. And it feels like I was listening to French because they don't speak so well either. Be sure to skip this one.

108. Self/less- Ryan Reynolds is <3. Despite it having a good synopsis, I somewhat find it a bit slow (or maybe I wasn't completely focused). Nevertheless, still enjoyed it because of eye candy!

109. Minions - I've got 2 important questions; how do they die? And how long can they live?

110. The Scorch Trials - Weee Dylan <3! I noticed there are a lot of missing parts from the novel but then again, that's the usual case. But still, I was looking forward to seeing a few scenes that I've imagine while reading the novel and felt disappointed that it was not included into the movie. Can't wait for the next one next year.

111. Heneral Luna - Damn. Punyeta. Hugot feels.

112. Are You Here? - Somewhere in the middle, I'm not used to seeing Zach G. without the bushy beard. Just watched this movie to pass time.

113. Before I Go To Sleep - Good movie with a twist.

114. Everest - I already expected that there will be deaths and I was right. No one goes up/down to Everest 100% unscathed.

115. Love, Rosie - I thought it would be like One Day with a tragic ending but thank goodness, a happy ending! Better late than never.

116. Insidious 3 - I am only jumpy but this was nothing. Pfft.

117. Bessie - Not into blues music but it was a good slow watch about a singer named Bessie Smith how she came into fame and to her end.

118. Terminator Genisys - I am trying to remember what happened in the previous Terminator movies and until now, I am still trying to understand everthing. Or I am just slow in understanding it today. And Arnold got a creepy smile.

119. Just Before I Go - At least he found purpose to live again before decided to kill himself.

120. The Intern - You're never too old to learn something new. It's a good movie, of course it got Hot-away!

121. The Martian - Good movie though except it's too long. Oh man, can't imagine being alone for more than a year.

October

122. Annabelle - I just learned the doll in the movie hardly looked like the real life doll, because the real life raggety doll is so much cuter than the fake porcelain one. At least I'm not going to have a hard time sleeping.

123. Max - Aww doggie! Dog is a man/woman's bestfriend. *goes to hug Mitzi*

124. The Wind Rises - An animation from Studio Ghibli, about a boy whose dream is to make the perfect airplane. He did it. Though this movie is not so touching as other Studio Ghibli movies but still a good movie to pass time.

125. Pixels - Game over.

126. Asterix: The Mansion of Gods - First time to see an animation of Asterix since I've only read it on comics. But, it's so noisy, maybe because it's not in english.

127. Knock Knock - Who's there? John Wicked. John Wicked who? John wicked by 2 crazy and scary girls.

128. Bridge of Spies - Awesome movie. Damn.

129. Lifted - It could have been better but still, kid got voice (that is, if that's his real voice.)

130. Man Up - Thank God for subtitles or else I won't be able to understand the english accent. It was a good comedy romance movie to pass time.

131. The True Cost - A documentary on fashion and how its cheap price have a huge impact on the workers who makes them because unfair low wages and physical/mental disease doesn't make up for their blood, sweat and tears. Now my sense of buying clothes has changed but I don't know how it's going to help them if I just stop buying clothes.

132. The Man From U.N.C.L.E. - You have Superman, Ex Machina and the Lone Ranger to save the day. Good entertainment with action and comedy. I like Superman and Lone Ranger together. Teehee!

November

133. A Long Way Down - Friendship started in an unlikely place where 4 people found each other on top of a tower...where they were planning to have their own suicide. From there, they became friends and along the way, they learned to live. Good movie on a night like this.

134. Locke - Hello Tom Hardy! I wonder how much they spent for making this movie because it only got Tom Hardy driving in the car and taking phone calls and making wise decisions from start to end.

135. Ant-Man - It's Paul Rudd! How come he doesn't age? Anyways, I still enjoyed the movie, even if some said it wasn't good.

136. Burnt - Just like Gordon Ramsey. It's a good movie but I am not sure what is missing.

137. Spectre - James Bond! That opening theme is always in my head because damn it Enzo! He kept humming it all the time! If I didn't have a migraine, I might have appreciated the movie more.

138. Trainwreck - Uh. This was boring even if it got Lebron in it.

139. The End of the Tour - Brilliant movie. It may seem long but you can actually learn a lot.

140. The Assassin - Shu Qi is pretty but this movie is good enough to put you to sleep. If you want to get sleepy, watch this one because I guarantee you'll be bored to death.

141. Paper Towns - What I like about John Green is that his endings in his novels don't have to have the usual cliché happy ending. His endings don't leave a feeling of emptiness or cliff hangers but more of curiosity on what the characters will do next, even if they're not together with the one they love because they chose to move forward. I enjoyed this movie mainly because of the friendship Quentin shared with his best friends.

142. The Love Affair - The wife always win. (I think.)

143. Must Date The Playboy - Hindi naman gwapo si Xian Lim. Okay na sana yung story but as usual, they always tend to make it corny or rushed at the ending.

144. Ronaldo - A docu/bio movie on Cristiano Ronaldo. Good player but I still like Leo Messi more.

145. Everyday I Love You - In fairness, Liza Soberano is pretty. This is a cheesy movie. The moral of the story is 'be honest with your self/do something you want for yourself, not for someone else'. *cue music* And it's telling me it might be youuuu.

146. Ted 2 - I like the first one better.

147. Etiquette For Mistresses - Naiirita ako kay Claudine Barreto. Best part dito, yung cameo ni Papa Piolo.

148. You're My Boss - It doesn't have enough kilig factor maybe because Toni and Coco are not bagay with each other.

149. The Breakup Playlist - Meh.

150. Love - Look it up on IMDB. It's like semi-porn with a plot. Watch it when you're alone.

151. 90 Minutes in Heaven - Guy died in an accident and came back to life after 90 minutes. Then the rest of the movie is how he got better. And that's it. It's slow and...just slow.

December

152. The 33 - Miners survived! And I cried with joy.

153. Just The Way You Are - Just Another Cliché Movie.

154. In The Heart Of The Sea - The moral of the story is don't kill the whales or Moby Dick will destroy you.

155. A Second Chance - Should haven't made the sequel anymore. Kinda ruined it.

156. Crimson Peak - That woman was so twisted and sick.

157. Star Wars: The Force Awakens - Awesome! Though I need explanation for some parts because I didn't get it right away. But still, awesome!

158. Pan - It didn't meet my expectation and the only thing I enjoyed here is the visual effects.

159. Peanuts - Snooopppyyyyyy <3

160. The Walk - Even if I have balance, I don't think I can do that. Damn.

161. The Good Dinosaur - Awwww. Family <3

162. We Are Your Friends - Mainly watched this for Zac Efron and I thought I won't enjoy it. But in the end, I was glad I was able to enjoy it especially with the one track he was able to make at the end.

163. Creed - It is not all about winning but what makes you a winner. Good movie! I think I enjoyed watching this more than Pacquiao's fight.

164. Sicario - FBI in dealing with drugs and drug lords with another goverment official having his revenge with a drug lord. Despite the semi morbid bodies, I enjoyed the movie. I don't know why.

165. Under Siege - So I'm guessing this is where movies these days got the idea of terrorist entering/breaking into ship/White House. I think this is the first time where I saw Tommy Lee Jones play as the bad guy. Damn. He's really a bad guy.

166. Infinitely Polar Bear - I like it that a man didn't give up on his family despite having manic depression. It's pretty entertaining and engaging.

167. A New Leaf - I paid more attention to the details of the extra people in the background because their acting is what caught my attention more. The uncle looks younger than the main character. It's kinda a slow movie for me.

168. The Diary of a Teenage Girl - A teenage girl have sex with her mom's boyfriend and it was her mistake to record her diary on a recorder because that's how her mom found out. It is weird and she's not even pretty and got small boobs for her real age.

169. Mistress America - Hmmmm. I don't know what to think of this one. It's not boring. It's not slow. It's not great great. It's...just okay I guess.
