"Yoochun!"

Yoochun glanced up from his textbook and found his bubbly bestfriend standing by the door of his homeroom. Yoochun took in his appearance, his cheeks were a bit pinkish from running and he looked a little excited.

"Can you go out with me?" He exclaimed while he tried to catch his breath.

Everyone in the room became silent; they were surprised at his bestfriend's unexpected outburst.

Yoochun gaped at him. He was unsure on how to respond. They grew up together in the neighborhood and Yoochun has been harboring feeling towards the bubbly boy but kept it hidden for so long, in fear of rejection and didn't want to risk their friendship.

And he was surprised to hear that his bestfriend would suddenly ask him out of nowhere when he had no idea of the latter's feelings.

"Oops! I mean can you accompany me later? Please say yes! I need you to help me pick a present for my mom’s birthday!" Junsu quickly elaborated his mistake and everyone in the room chuckled.

But Yoochun felt his hope crashing instead.

"Yoochun! Shall we go out?”

Junsu felt everyone’s eyes on him when he burst into Yoochun’s homeroom during lunch break and blushed with embarrassment when he realized his mistake.

“I want to see the new movie and maybe we can ask Jaejoong hyung, Yunho hyung and Changmin to come with us?” he asked further as he approached Yoochun’s desk and everyone in the room went back to their own businesses.

“Sure,” Yoochun smiled and Junsu beamed with excited.

“Okay! Meet you at the front gate later! I’ll go ask the others now. See you later Chunnniiieee!” his voice echoed when he left the room.

Yoochun let out a sigh and shook his head with slight disappointment; Junsu has been unconsciously playing with his emotions.

“Chunnie! Do you want to go out with me…”

Yoochun let out a soft groan and dropped his head on his desk.

“…and perhaps with Junho hyung too? We’re going to watch a soccer game- are you okay Chunnie?” Yoochun could hear concern in his tone.

He waved his hand when he looked up to face Junsu, “I’m fine. So what were you saying? Soccer game later with Junho?” Yoochun asked while he tried to contain himself from exploding with frustration.

Junsu immediately perked up and nodded his head, “are you free? Want to go with us?” he asked.

Yoochun took a deep breath while he stared at Junsu, who was waiting for his answer patiently.

“Okay,” and he released his breath once Junsu left the room hurriedly, saying that he should inform his twin right away.

“Would you like to go-“

Yoochun had to remind himself that Junsu is different and meant differently from what he always thought.

“-and visit my grandparents this weekend?”

Yoochun unconsciously kept on hoping but knew that he shouldn’t, knowing very well that Junsu doesn’t see him that way.

“This weekend?” Yoochun frowned deeply, trying to remember if he made any plans.

“Please? I would like it very much if you can go with us and of course grandma would love to see you again!” Junsu begged.

Yoochun remembered he was supposed to help his brother on the weekend but to see Junsu begging him deliberately, he found himself giving in.

“Okay I guess it’s fine with me.”

Junsu squealed and exclaimed a ‘thank you’ before leaving, and everyone in the room rolled their eyes and chuckled as they were already used to Junsu’s odd but refreshing behavior.

"Yoochun!”

Yoochun was no longer surprised whenever his bestfriend appeared by the door of his homeroom almost every lunch break.

“Will you go out with me?"

"Again? Where and what is it this time?" Yoochun asked, while he picked up his bag to extract a book.

"That's...not what I meant..."

Yoochun looked up with a confused expression. The classroom suddenly became quiet. They were accustomed to Junsu's peculiar requests but this time, it sounded very normal.

"What?"

"Will you go out with me?" Junsu repeated.

"Where to?"

Junsu shook his head and gazed at him. Yoochun felt his breathe hike.

"Will you go out with me?" Junsu repeated slowly.

Yoochun knew what he meant but he was hoping it was not another innocent mistake since it was Junsu's habit. However, Junsu seemed serious and was gazing at him longingly.

"Okay," Yoochun spoke softly.

"I'm sorry it took me a while..."

"It's okay,"

"Are you sure? I know I can be confusing sometimes and I didn't mean to mislead you before but I have always like you and I just don’t know how to-"

"Junsu," Yoochun stopped him from rambling on and give an assuring smile that also expressed how happy he was, "it's okay."

Junsu heaved a sigh and smiled back at him, "then let's go out now!"

“But what about class?” Yoochun asked skeptically.

“Do you even care?” Junsu grinned daringly.

Yoochun laughed and instantly picked up his schoolbag and reached out for Junsu’s stretched hand, entwining their fingers together.

Everyone in the room cheered when they left the room and were glad that everything turned out how it was supposed to be.

I was about to sleep around 4:30 ish am when this idea popped into my head. I couldn't fall asleep because I had to write it down (in my case, I typed it on my phone) until my eyes became too heavy and slept past 5:30 am (and got scolded by my mom when I woke up late.)

This is my first high school fic but I doubt it hardly seemed like a high school fic XD

I hope it was okay and fluffy enough as usual. If I fail to satisfy your 'kiligation' or make your bones tickle with my story...then I apologize XD

Hope you enjoyed it!
