Where in the world...
Here I am in Addis Ababa. That's Ethiopia. Yes, Africa. :)
In the last couple weeks I traveled from St. Petersburg to Riga. I spent a couple days there, then a couple days on a bus, picking up entry and exit stamps for Lithuania and Poland on the way to the Czech Republic.
By the time we got to Prague I was in no mood to touch a computer. Besides, Vlad was on the machine all the time. We spent a week there, living in Yan's apartment, and doing very little touring.
Then two days ago we went to London and spent a night there so we could catch our flight to Addis Ababa, via Frankfurt. Stupid, becuase Frankfurt is closer to Prague -- but the flight from Frankfurt was twice the cost. Go figure.
And now we're here. Ethiopia. I don't know how often I'll get to post, as the internet access is few, far between, expensive, and molasses speed. I also have not found a way to access email. Grr. If you want to reach me, copy any emails to girlcrayon at yahoo dot com. I get a bunch of junk mail there, so I hardly ever check that mailbox, but if I can't get to my real mail, I'll look there.
There should be good stories coming soon -- I hear Ethiopia is great!
