I AM!

Man, what a time I had yesterday. What a time.

Billy and I effed with the system, and he came over while no one else was around. *wakes hands in show-offy motion* And all those things parents are afraid you do with your boyfriend or girlfriend when you're alone with them? Yeah, we did none of those. I don't know how that happened. I'll chalk it up to miscommunication. Then we went to Borders 'cos he had to do some SAT thing. I bought a journal 'cos the I Hope You Dance journal Keith (Mom's boyfriend) got me for Christmas just isn't cutting it in terms of general journal appearance. So I got a nice Moleskine for about $15, but I had a Borders card, so it worked. And I got The Cell on DVD. Then we trekked to Target to get Keith, then to the mall, Hot Topic, Value City.. yada yada. Those boys are bad. *tsks them* And then Billy took me home 'cos he had to go to work. Dumb Panera. And, around 6:15, Em picked me, and we went to pick Jessi up, stopped at an ATizzM, and then headed to the All County concert. The orchestra had like two people who were out of time so it felt like my ears were bleeding during their whole segment. Then was the All County Chorus who I about came in my pants for. A bunch of my AMS friends and just people from other schools and mine were in it, and they were damn good. I was impressed. Allison had an effing huge solo and she did really well. Once again, I was impressed. Then was the band. And I had friends in that ensemble too, but I was just anxious to get the fuck out of there and get pizza. (We found a mix CD on the trash can and I took it to see what was on it. It was rap. We jammed.) Finally, it ended, and Em, Jessi and I went to the Frederick Coffee Company. Em went to get caffeine from coffee since she's giving up soda for Lent, and Jess went to meet up with Allison. Marshal came too, and they all wanted to come back to my house for pizza or whatever, but I'm so opposed to the three of them as a unit 'cos of all the intrinsic drama from that grouping, so I avoided that without trying to hurt their feelings. Then Em and I came home, ordered pizza and chicken strips and watched The Cell. We just chilled, talked, and cracked the fuck up downstairs until about 4:30 in the morning.

Em: *gets granola bars out*
Me: You'd better put those back.
Em: I AM!.. This is what college is gonna be like.
Me: Yeah, you'll come home drunk and I'll be like, "Emily, you should really chill and be careful.." and you'll be like "I AM!".
(It was funny, trust me.)

And so she spent the night. She left around 1:30ish today 'cos she had to go to the store and junx. Much love, Emster. But I'm gonna call her later 'cos I'm going to dinner later, and I wanna look pretty, and I'm gonna need some support. Dinner will consist of Mom, Keith, Kini, Uvan, Billy, Alice (Mom's friend), and myself. Macaroni Grill. Fo' rizzle. Should be fun, but for some reason I'm a tad nervous about it. Go figure. I think it might be because restaurants don't always bring out the best in my family so I'm all skittish about them being intolerable or something. But I'm gonna milk it for all the fine-ness it's worth.

And tomorrow's Valentine's day! ♥

Yeah, I'm done.
