So, the other night, I had a dream that I could tell who was a cylon based on smell. This would be a very useful skill, because it would mean we could get rid of Gaius, which is always a plus, but it would have severely shortened the entire show. Erik asked me the question I'm sure you're all wondering- what do cylons smell like? I'm not really sure. Probably like burnt crumbs, but that's just conjecture.
I need to finish BSG. I'm only on the third season. Every time I try to watch it by myself, I end up fast forwarding through the long and drawn-out battle scenes and anytime Gaius is talking, so I end up missing a lot of plot points. I use all that extra time to rewind and replay any scene in which Starbuck is wearing a thin shirt, smoking, or being totally dyke-y, which is a lot of the time. So it still takes me 45 minutes to watch an episode, but I come out not knowing quite what happened, and wanting to cut my hair short.
