I don't really have any motherly instincts. I don't yearn to have children like so many of my friends. But I cannot deny the age-old weirdness that comes over me whenever Tate is in my presence. I know that when I see him at the train station tonight I will want to scoop him up (with some effort b/c he's a tank) and bite his chubby cheeks off. I'm hoping he'll squeal, "Anjimmie!" Which is his version of "Aunt Jamie!" He's still young enough to have that "baby" smell about him that even I am not immune to. After bathtime, I'm just going to need to nuzzle his neck and bite more of his cheeks off. He'll be 3 in June and not a toddler anymore. My sister-in-law needs to get more kids popped out. I can't wait 'til all my friends have babies. I so rock the Cool Aunt gig like nobody's biz.

I'm really looking forward to going to the Children's Museum tomorrow and seeing the Sesame Street exhibit thingy. I love the Street.
