Dear Residential Email,
Let me make this perfectly clear, since you're obviously still trying to insist that I authorized your company to charge your "services" to my phone bill:
For future reference, you are not to place ANY charge to my phone bill under any circumstances. I don't care if the other person on the end of the phone line says that it was my last dying wish that you grace my phone bill with a charge for your services. I don't care if the person on the other end of the phone line states that they are my daughter, son, aunt, uncle, third cousin twice removed by marriage, or the ghost of my childhood pet - you are NOT to charge your services to my phone bill. If God Himself threatens to smite you if you do not charge your services to my phone bill, then please, by all means, go to the hospital after you've been struck by lightning or the brimstone has rained down upon your head. But you are not, in any way, shape or form, to charge your services to my phone bill.
I hope that I've made myself perfectly clear and that we have an understanding that you are not to charge my phone bill for your services.
Have a nice day!
