(no subject)
I just spoke to lovely Maman & Papa. They're leaving for Italy tonight, and I'm so excited for them. My father and I went over his itinerary and I urged him to stop in Ravenna, if at all possible (they're taking one of those planned, group trips-chartered flight and all). Much chit chat about Italy, and then, THEN, he asks me if I have a 'Sring break' in February, and if it happens to fall on the same dates as my sister's, would I like to join them in Cuba instead of them coming to visit me?
Would I? I'm way too excited about the possibility! I'm hoping that my sister's break is around the same time as mine, and that my mother can take a week off then (she works at a school and their break is a few weeks later). Family + Cuba sounds fantastic, and I'll be sorry/sad if it doesn't work out-but it's a possibility, and it's the possibilities that keep me going.
If anyone happens to be reading this thing, how can I post photos on lj? I've read the FAQ, but the pictures obviously have to be on the web somewhere if I need to provide a link. I don't know very much about this, but I know there are places (Snapfish, for one) that will host your photos, or whatever the proper term is. Anyone feel like explaining all of this to me?
