Probably a bit gory as it involves my very long suffering tooth/hole...
How much are dental visits nowadays?
I really need to go to get this tooth/hole sorted (i.e. get a referal to the hospital to get the remaining stuff out...) but I need to budget...
It's not a filling, it SHOULD just be a 'oh, yes, hole, hospital referal...' as it'll be a root canal under general I suspect (there's no real 'tooth' left there, just some small shards sticking up...) as there's nothing for them to pull/dig - and I'm needle/dentist phobic... So that should come under the NHS... But the check-up to get the referal generally doesn't...

I've just read about a boy who got an abcess for 2yrs that went to his brain and killed him... And I know this 'tooth' is prone to abcesses - although it's not hurting/warm/swollen at all atm... And hasn't been since the tooth fell out... Well, 'cept when I use a tooth pick to remove food stuck up there and it catches... I think it's slightly open still too 'cause there's a minor taste of blood when I do that... (TMI, I know!)
