What color matches your personality? Why? Purple. It is my favortie color through and through. My journal is purple. I even took a quiz (blogthing) that said my LJ should be purple. I guess it is a color that sooths me and seems to reflect me.
What place(s) do you like to spend time in the best? Why? Libraries are good. They have reading material and computers. I like reading materials and computers. Park/Outside. I'm an outdoors type of person. If I could live outdoors, I would (at least during the summer months). I just feel comfortable outside.
Other than Girl, Interrupted, what is/are your favorite movie(s)? Why? Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prizoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire. I love the books and the movies are a very good rendition of the books. I mean, as always, there are pieces missing, but the movies do justice to the books. Harry Potter is a wonderful fantasy. School Ties. I have always found this movie very interesting. In my school carreer, I went to school with no more minority students than I can count on my fingers and toes. Since this movie is based on prejudice and I was in a school system that didn't have the mixed company for me to truly understand it, I think I've found this movie has an impact on me because it gave me a better understanding. Dead Poets Society. I love poetry, teaching, and Robin Williams. This is just a great movie. One of the best of all time.
What is/are your favorite book(s)? Why? Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prizoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix and Half Blood Prince. I just really enjoy the books, and they make great movies! J.K. Rowling did an excellent job in making one feel the magic reaching out from the pages of these books. There are so many layers to many of the characters. Just good books.
If you could only watch one television show for the rest of your life what would it be? Probably CSI (Las Vegas). I really really enjoy CSI. As long as it isn't the same episode repeated indefinately, I would enjoy CSI forever very much.
What is your favorite thing to eat? Bread. I like toast with butter, english muffins, corn bread, honey butter rolls (like the ones on the plate next to me right now). I like bread.

Which character (no matter how obscure) would you like to be your best friend? Why? Sussanna. I've read the book and I think the author (Sussanna) is just a neat person. I think I'd like to have her as a best friend because she can read people and understand them. I like understanding people.
Which character (no matter how obscure) would probably be your enemy or rival? Why? Lisa. I don't like power-hungry, controlling people. As hot as Angelina may be, her character in this movie is a supreme bitch and I would have issues with that.
Imagine that you’ve been sent to Claymoore. What would be the hardest thing to adjust to? (meds, rules, the other patients etc.) Rules. I'm a mom and I set the rules. Having someone give me rules would just totally throw my whole perspective off.
If you have any personality quirks or even mental illness(es) that you don't mind sharing, tell us about them! I have borderline personality disorder, hence why I read the book and love the movie. I agree with Sussanna's feelings about promiscuity. I too was really confused and concerned with my diagonsis. I have some depression and anxiety issues and well as being an addictive personality.
