sorry that im spamming your f-lists today, but since there are only about five of you out there still active that read this (i think) i figured yall can deal.
i have a new-found pet peeve.
it really gets under my skin when people say things like "oh, 2011, please make me happy this year."
im sure im guilty of this in the past, too, but ive learned over the course of the last year that the date on the calendar doesnt make you happy. decisions that you make and the situations that you create for yourself make you happy.
please stop expecting something from date. you will never receive it.
