(no subject)
It was my father and brother's birthdays this week and I managed to ge tthem some nice gifts which arrived in time, together with the birthday cards. I'm happy about that, since you never know how long the mail takes from here.
Today has been a bit less hot, but last week we had 42, which was too hot to do anything sensible in my opinion! Fans on and sitting in with a book. Have been using the terrace a lot in the evenings, I love sitting outside till going to bed!
We finished watching Lost series 2 and I can't wait till the next season comes out. I hope it will not go on for years though before you get all the answers :-)
Been making lots of salads lately, it is so much better than standing in the kitchen above a hot stove. My favourite so far is lentil, tomato and tuna salad even though T. wasn't too keen on it! Tonight I'm making pasta with tuna salad, which is one of my other favourites too!
We saw Munich last night, good film and also quite topical again with what is going on in the Middle East at the moment. Reading the news makes me depressed, will it ever end?
