((Haha, well it has more to do with the Lupin series. Hitler is a recurring theme of sorts. He's got Hitler's Mercedes, his gun was one developed for the German army during WW2, he had to pretend to be Hitler once, he met Hitler's clone, etc. So he's drawn to Girl Hitler too. xD For the lulz.))
