I seem to be still having some issues with my mobile, but strangely only in regard to leaving messages on Harry's phone, messages which he does not seem to be getting. He suggested that maybe I could ask you to look into it for me, and maybe run a check on his as well.

It has occurred to me that Harry with his lack of knowledge of most things technical maybe does not know how to access my messages and he is receiving them. The fact that he was shaking the phone before in the hope that 'packages might dislodge' rather supports this theory. If you have some way of ensuring whether the messages are being received by his phone and what he is doing to retrieve them or rather not retrieve them I would be grateful. I don't want to do it myself for personal reasons.
